Eddy, Jean “Marie” - The heartbroken family of Jean Marie Eddy, 85, of Dartmouth, is saddened to announce her passing on December 30, 2014 in the QE II Victoria General surrounded by her loving family. Marie was the daughter of the late Robie and Bessie Mott. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Maurice; much loved sons, David (Linda) and Ricky (Christa); cherished grandchildren, Craig (Sarah), Shawn (Sarah) and Melissa. One of her fondest moments was the recent birth of her two month old great grandson, Cohen (Craig and Sarah). She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Langille; brother, Ronnie (Judy) Mott; sister-in-law, Eva Naugle, Marilyn (Ivan) Sheppard; brother-in-law, Lloyd (Edna) Eddy; as well numerous loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Patsy. Marie had two children but was a mother to many. Funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday January 3, 2015 in St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Eastern Passage. Rev. John Ferguson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Reception will follow in the church hall.
