MORROW, Joseph Francis (Rt'd M.C.O.) - 78, Dartmouth, passed away Friday May 23, 2008, in Camp Hill Veterans' Memorial Building, QEII, in the presence of his family. Born in Windsor, Ont., he was the son of the late Kenneth and Mildred (Toffelmire) Morrow. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Florence (Foggoa). Joe retired after 25 years of service with the Canadian Navy. He was a Korean War Veteran. He loved sports and enjoyed being outside. Joe started the North Dartmouth Little League. Survived by children, Deborah (Norman) Mitchell, Quispamsis; David, Ken (Fran), Jo-Ann (Kenneth) Haycock, all of Dartmouth; grandchildren, Crystal, Stephen, Lianna, Joey, Kevin, Jamie, Douglas, Jake, and Beth. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, and funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, both in A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St., Dartmouth.
