69, Dartmouth. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear Mother, sister, Nannie, cousin and friend on February 12, 2019. Born in Dunvegan, she was the daughter of the late Colin and Katieann (MacNeil) MacIsaac. Mary will be missed by daughters, Meagan (Craig), Erin (Michael); sister, Lorraine (Andre), Halifax; brothers, Michael (Marion), Inverness, Kevin (Margie), Dunvegan, Bernie (Rose Anne), Halifax; her doting grandchildren, Fiona, Norah, Oscar and Audrey who will miss her very much; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, James; brother, Karel; parents, Colin and Katieann; stepmother, Anne; 3 siblings in infancy. Before retiring in 2017, Mary worked for Nova Scotia Cancer Care at the VG for 17 years. A job she truly loved making many great friends. Mary was famous for her biscuits, enjoying a cup of tea with family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandkids whom she loved tremendously. She was a kind and gentle lady who always made time for others. Visitation will take place Friday, February 15, 7-9p.m., A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St. Dartmouth. Visitation in Inverness will be Sunday, February 17, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9p.m., Inverness Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Margaret of Scotland Church, Broad Cove on Monday, February 18 at 11a.m. with Fr. Dan MacDonald officiating.
