Dear Kenneth,Sharon,and family ;
My deepest sympathy to you in the passing of Kenneth's mom Pearl Guitard. I have fond memories of Pearl and her family from my childhood days in Woodside. When I was over playing with Kenneth, Pearl was always so kind and welcoming. In the winter we skated on their rink, coasted, or played games and in the summer it was backyard games. Included in this was lots of food, refreshments, and other treats. The entire family was so kind and caring. This included Veronica, Mr Guitard, grandmother, aunts and uncles. My deepest sympathy to each of you in the loss of this tremendous lady and mother. Pearl was a lady of faith and love. This along with her lovely children will be her legacy. May Pearl rest in peace.

Ken and family, We remember your mother and sister well, they were both wonderful people and true followers of Christ. After I started working for Veronica in the late 1990's we would visit her and your mother every holiday and especially at Christmas. It was a time of tea and sweets as your mother always had a layer cake made. After our grandson was born in 1999 and we visited with him, your mother always insisted that she hold him and even he has memories of his visits with her at Christmas. I sure that you too can draw on many fine memories with your Mum over the past years and these are the things that will keep her alive in your heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time but rest assured that she is now in a better place. Sincere sympathy in your loss, Clifford & June
