Diane and family, 

I am so very sorry for your loss.  Bill (and you) welcomed us with open arms when we moved next door and we loved every interaction we had with him. I loved talking about Millie and Emme and about the gym and workout routines and I also loved hearing about his travels. In fact, Bill helped inspired our trip to Portugal this year.  Bill’s kindness, big heart and smiles will be missed by all of us.

Thank you for opportunity to have known Bill and had in our circle for a time. As a couple Alan and I would host Diane and Bill to a homemade pizza time.  We would have pizza and enjoy a game, the game name escapes me. Then the next time Homemade Pizza would be at Diane and Bills and there we would share their creation and enjoy an evening of laughter conversation.  I lost  Alan June 30, and understand the sadness of your family and friends Know that I will reach out often to Diane.  You are in my thoughts. Fran Demings

Even though many knew him as quiet and thoughtful, Grampy had such a huge effect on everyone around him. His love of music, reading, travel, and exercise connected him to everyone he met. I've learned so much from him, and I'm grateful for all the time we had together. I love you, Grampy!

He was a well loved soul and an even more loving grandfather. I have a massive wealth of memories that I have the privilege to cherish forever. I loved getting to know him and will remember him as the wonderful grandfather that he was.

I worked with Captain Whyte for many years at QHM. He recommended me to become an officer. Because of his friendship and guidance, I worked my way up and I became Captain on CFAV Glenside. We had many great adventures!! Fair winds and following seas old friend.

Diane we are shocked and very sad to learn of Bill’s passing. We first met him in the gym and he was a great friend for many years.

I was very saddened to hear of your dear Bill’s passing. Bill was a very dear friend to my late dad, Sam Peet. They shared many wonderful times together for which dad was blessed🙏 My brother Ken became the friend to Bill that he was to dad. We were blessed to have Bill in our lives.
