OSBORNE, Richard Kendall - It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Richard on December 1, 2020 at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Richard was born in Halifax in 1953 to parents Francis (Frank) Osborne and the late Gwennyth Osborne (Morash). Richard was predeceased by his wife Carol Osborne (Luton). He is survived by his daughter Catherine Oliver, Cow Bay and father Francis (Frank) Osborne, Dartmouth. There will be no visitation and a private family graveside service only.
