Ryan Edward Balcom

BALCOM, Ryan Edward – of Dartmouth, died suddenly December 31, 2017 on his 33rd birthday. He was the son of Norman Balcom and the late Alicia Balcom. Family was his life. He leaves behind his father Norman (Becky) of Tangier; sisters Pamela Balcom (Erin) of Dartmouth, and Kimberly Balcom of Lake Echo; his wife Amy and son Wyatt Balcom of Dartmouth, and his special niece Dalilah Cramm of Lake Echo, Nannie (Betty) Balcom; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Ryan was a graduate of PAHS and Power Engineering from Dartmouth Akerley Campus and was employed by Crombie Group at Scotia Square. His interests included computers and video gaming. Memorial service will be held at 1pm on Sunday, January 7, 2018 in A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street. Interment will take place in St. James Church cemetery in Port Dufferin at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of choice.
