DUNBRACK, Stewart St. Clair – 85, of New Minas. It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our father Stewart St. Clair Dunbrack September, 1935 – February, 2021. Born in Dartmouth he was the son of the late Carl and Louise (Sidebottom) Dunbrack. Dad worked as a hydrographer at B. I. O. for 35 years and was happily retired for 36 years. Stewart was an avid sports enthusiast, he enjoyed all sports but his favourite were golf (two holes in one!) and hockey “GO LEAFS GO!”. Dad was a kind and patient man and could hold a conversation with anyone. Dad had a big laugh and even bigger sense of humour. He will be missed by many including his Sunday night girls at Boston Pizza and the many Newfoundland relatives. Dad loved animals and had a great memories of Casper his cat, Robin his rescue raccoon and Idy his duck. He is survived by his son; Steven (Kelly) and daughter; Patricia, step-daughters; Wendy, Lisa, Marla and beloved grandchildren; Matthew, Devin, Travis and Tyler. Dad was predeceased by his first son; David Roy, brothers Neil, Donny, Roy and Ritchie, nieces; Barbara and Diane. Donations may be sent to a charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held after Covid-19 restrictions are lifted. Condolences may be sent to: www.mattatallfuneralhome.com
