

Whle pondering teaching she instead joined Pier One Travelling Players touring small towns in the Maritimes even doing a one night show on Pictou island. Next was Mermaid Theatre, touring all the way to British Columbia. Later she turned her talents to music, first in a band and later going solo, playing guitar and singing for two and half years at the Lower Deck.
From there she moved on to Halifax Business Academy gradguating with honors which led to: NS Task Force on AIDS, Dalhousie Alumni, US Policy Study Group and 14 years as an Assistant to the Dean(s) in the Faculity of Management at Dalhousie. Upon retirement it was cats, cottage, puzzels, and her friends - when she could see them.
Survived by her husband of 43 years, Scott Kinsman; her treasured cat, Hobo; brother, Michael Guillemette, his wife, Anne and their 2 sons; as well as 3 grandnieces and 1 grandnephew.
Suzanne left us on August 22, 2026 after a short and courageous battle with cancer, her husband by her side until the end.
All the staff in Emergency, then the 5th Floor Doctors; the Nurses special care and all others involved in her care are to be admired and congradulated.
She will be missed!
