To the Arenburg family
I wanted to express my sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. "A". As a friend of Vernon Jr., I have know the Arenburg family for over 40 years. I will always have fond memories of spending time with Mr. A. From visits to their house on Esdaile Street, to playing darts and washer toss at the camp ground, to visits at their apartment along with a stiff drink or two of dark rum with Mr. A. He was a wonderful man with a bright smile who will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace Mr. A, free from all pain. You will always be fondly remembered. Give Ruthie a big hug for us.
Sincerely, Vikki, St. Albert, Alberta

Hi Gail,

I just wanted to say how sorry I was to read about your brother's passing. I recognized you in his picture right away. How are you doing? How are John & children & grandkids? Are you still living in Cornwallis? I think fondly of you and our days together at SSC and hope you all are well. Again, my condolences .

Take care,
Jan

Sherry, I, Aaron and Rachel are so sorry to hear about Vern's passing. Sending our deepest and sincere condolences with great memories of sitting with Ruth and Donna and Hughie on Vern's deck or campfire at Klahanie Kamping. Darts were a Saturday afternoon norm. Wonderful people all of your family including young Vern who I went to vocational school with.

I am a distant relative and in the process of completing the Arenburg history from the Lunenburg beginning.

Vernon's father was a direct relative on my father's side.

I would appreciate being contacted as I would like to complete your family history.

My sincere sympathy to the families. We are currently going through this sad time also.

Jeanne

So sorry to hear of Vern's passing. Enjoyed all of our times with him at the campground, playing crib, darts and sharing a beverage or two and a chat when we passed by. And of course all of the brunches he was able to attend with all of us. Hugs to all of the family.
