Cremation will be done. The family will be greeting friends 10:00a.m to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at The Runge Mortuary and Crematory. The celebrations of life will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Meat Market Saloon 1629 Washington Street Davenport, IA 52804. Memorials in his name may be made to the Iowa Donors Network. Craig was born December 13, 1955, in Davenport, IA to Arthur John & Betty (Dempsey) Paulsen. He was united in marriage to Kimberlee Martin on July 8, 1981, in Mt. Vernon, IA. She preceded Craig in death on March 16, 2007.
Craig had worked in maintenance at North Park Mall for several years. He was a very down-to-earth person who loved to fish and socialize with his friends at the pub.
Survivors include his brothers A. John Paulsen, Gary Paulsen, & Tim (Amy) Paulsen, all of Davenport; sister Nancy (Mike) Caufield, Davenport; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents, wife, & a brother Randy Paulsen.
