Dr. Mokhtar was the best doctor we've ever encountered and he exemplified the same characteristics in his everyday life.  He was a great listener, kind and compassionate, and willing to help others better their health and well-being.

His faith in God was strong and prevalent in his life.  He was a true disciple of God sharing truth and love.  Dr. Mokhtar will be missed but there is comfort in knowing he will live eternally.
