Daymeyn Russell, infant son of Arnetta Russell and Deontre Berka, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Genesis East Medical Center. Per the family’s request, cremation rites were accorded. A celebration of his life will be held Friday, July 20, 2012 at noon at Vander Veer Park in Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.
Daymeyn was born December 16, 2011 in Davenport.
Those left to honor his memory include his parents, Deontre and Arnetta, Davenport; siblings: Aaliyah and Tennisha Russell and Daijzon Berka; maternal grandparents, Orvetta Russell, Davenport and Billy Russell, Mt. Vernon, IL; paternal grandfather, Deontrice Berka, MN; great grandparents, Karla Morris, Clinton, IA and Connie Miller, Davenport, special caretakers, the Hugle Family: Deb, Tony, Emily, Alicia and Ashlyn and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His paternal grandmother, Tennisha Border preceded him in death.
