Linda L Brasch

Linda L. Brasch, 85, of Davenport, Iowa was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. Funeral services to honor her memory will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Davenport; visitation will be before the service, starting at 10:00 a.m. Memorials in Linda’s name may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.

Linda was born on October 29, 1940, in Davenport, Iowa to Ralph “Teddy” and Ruth Jager. She met the love of her life, Darryl Brasch, and the two were united in marriage on November 2, 1958. They spent 64 years together before his passing in 2023. Linda dedicated her life to making a loving and nurturing home for her family. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and crossword puzzles. She also volunteered and assisted at many places, including Camp Fire Girls, Roosevelt Elementary School, Buffalo Elementary School, the choir at Trinity Lutheran Church, and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

Those left to honor her memory are her daughters, Jodi (David) Buzzell and Kelly (Guy) Skinner; grandchildren, Nikki (Kent) Gullion, Steve (Jessica) Buzzell, Lauren (Jeff) Sheets, Macie Skinner, and Lexi Skinner; great-grandchildren, Landen, Grace, Danica, Anna, Gavin, Brayden (Crystal), Will (Leann), Donovan, Jesse, Drew, Remy, Avery, Peyton, and Jaxson; a great-great grandson, Jasper; her sister-in-law, Nancy Trout; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister Barbara Smith, and brothers-in-law Calvin Smith and Edward Trout.
