Lorie was born on May 4, 1959, in Davenport, IA, to Virgil and Cecilia (Vandenburg) Pursley. On December 9, 1978, she was united in marriage to Marc Sullivan.
Lorie had many hobbies. She enjoyed reading, dancing (line dancing), country music, going to auctions, and working in her yard. Lorie loved animals, especially her dogs. But most of all, she loved her family, her children, and grandchildren, and spending time with them.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 44 years, Marc Sullivan; children, Joe (Christa) Sullivan, Jason (Talena Vasquez) Gullion, and Jeremy Sullivan; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and her brother, John Pursley.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 sisters.
