Marilyn Jean Stark, 92, of West Branch, formerly of Davenport, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch.

Services will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 2 pm at The Runge Mortuary in Davenport. Visitation will be Thursday from noon until the service time at the mortuary. Her final resting place will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.

Marilyn was born February 11, 1930 in Davenport, the daughter of Fred M. and Alvina W. (Kracht) Randolph. She married Arlo Dean Stark on April 16, 1955 in Davenport. He preceded her in death on April 23, 2013. She was a loving homemaker who enjoyed gardening of all types, reading, especially romance novels and puzzle books.

Those left to cherish her memory include niece, Charlene (Brian) Roszell and nephew, Orlen (Angie) Stark, Jr., all of West Liberty, IA; great-nephews: Jeremy (Hollee) Roszell, Clarence, IA, Joshua (Brittny) Roszell, West Liberty and their children, Makenzie and Owen; Raymond Stark and fiancé, Hannah Thill, Bettendorf and Brandon Stark, Coralville, IA.

In addition to her husband, Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents.
