Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory Davenport. IA. Funeral services will be 10:00am on Friday, April 24, 2026, in the Runge Chapel. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Patty was born June 3, 1934, in Davenport, IA to Howard & Dorothy (Crawford) Bowker. She was united in marriage to Gene Seymour on July 15, 1950, in Rock Island, IL. He preceded her in death in 1998. Pat had worked at the former Service Rubber and then Montgomery Elevator from where she retired.

Pat enjoyed going out to eat with her girls, traveling, camping, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Pat is survived by 3 daughters Sharon (Robert Wylie) Vogt, Debbie Seymour, & Cindy (Jeff) Braet; grandchildren Greg (Christine) Vogt, Jennifer (Braet) Sholl, Trisha (Jim) Roark, Amy (Cecilia) Vogt, Bryan (Becca) Bultinck, Jennifier Sampson, Mark & Josh Pierce; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and one due in July; sister-in-law Nancy Bowker; daughter in law Pam Seymour; special nieces & nephews Vicki (Tom) Logan, Lisa Lonergan, Mark (Sharon) Bowker and Trent Bowker; and many friends she has made over the years.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene, son Michael Seymour. daughter & son in law Shelly & Gary Krayenhagen; grandchildren Jason & Kim Seymour, brother Jerry Bowker, son in law Eddie Bultinck, and daughter in law Joann Snicker.
