Richard was born on April 13, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, where he attended high school before later moving to the Quad Cities. He worked in painting and construction. In his spare time, Richard loved going fishing and especially enjoyed going out with friends and family.
Those left to honor Richard’s memory include his children: Crystal (John Zink) Copher, Melissa Broadhead, Jana Smith, Kimmie Steinecke, Richard Murillo, and Craig Hochmuth; 10 grandchildren: Joseph (Bree) Copher, Katie Broadhead, Ace King, Lukas Estabrook-Zink, Nelly Hochmuth, October Jankowski, Landon Jankowski, Ricki Murillo, Riley Murillo ; and 2 great-grandchildren: Delilah and Axel Copher.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Cassandra Murillo.
