Rick E. Garretson, 52, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com.
Rick was born August 23, 1962 in Independence, IA, son of Donald and Linda (Walters) Garretson. He was a self-employed construction worker with his Dad.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Garretson, of Davenport; brother, Randy (Michelle) Garretson, Florida; sister, Julie (Donnie) Allbee, LeClaire, IA; six nephews, one niece and three great nephews, and one great niece.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2007; one sister, Janel Anderson in 2000; uncles, Curt and Marty Walters; one aunt, Karen Kimmerle and one cousin, Dan Kimmerle.
