Roxann "Rox" Marie Arp

A Funeral Service will be held at the Runge Mortuary on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 12:00 pm with a Visitation two hours prior to service time. She will be laid to rest at Davenport Memorial Park. Roxann was born July 18, 1956, in Davenport, Iowa to John and Ruth (Honts) Cockayne. She was united in marriage to Duane Arp on May 24, 1975, in Davenport. Roxann worked in retail for many years, most of which was spent working for Party Plus where she became owner/operator during the last 7 years of her career before retiring in 2008.

Roxann enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, going to the Casino, making various arts and crafts, and spending time with friends, family, and her dogs.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Duane Arp, son Bradley Arp (Elizabeth), son Mathew Arp, brother Larry Cockayne (Tracy), brother Rolly Cockayne, sister Patricia Lee (Jeff), nephew Jimmy Cockayne (Elise), Zac Cockayne (Julie), and niece Julie Cockayne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ruth Cockayne, and nephew BJ Cockayne.
