Scott L. Bowman, 56, of Davenport, IA passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Runge Mortuary. Scott was born on September 4, 1961 in St. Paul, Missouri to Larry and Charlotte (Bullock) Bowman. He was united in marriage to Crystal Stoneking on September 22, 1990 in Davenport, IA. He proudly served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division. He worked many years as a mechanic and most recently drove semi-trucks, which he loved to do. He enjoyed riding his Harley, camping, fishing, and hunting, and just having a good time. He is survived by his loving wife, Crystal Bowman; children: Brandon (Jamie) Bowman, Donahue, IA, Nicole (Clayton) Batchelor, Davenport, IA, Kyle Bowman, Davenport, IA; grandchildren: Gabrielle, River, and Oliver; two brothers: Seth Stockman, DeWitt, IA, and Schuyler Bowman, Davenport, IA. He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Louie Stockman.
