Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 12pm at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service time. Victor was born June 24,1934 in Davenport, Iowa to Lester and Madeleine (Schmiers) Bunge. On January 4, 1975, he was united in marriage to Doris Pulse. They enjoyed 36 years of marriage until her passing in 2011. Most of his adult life he worked in the HVAC and plumbing business.
Victor is survived by his children, Jacqueline (Paul) Schroeder, Diane Foster, Daniel Pulse; grandchildren, Mitchell McAtee, Travis Pulse, Jessica West, Brittany Hayes; siblings, Max (Janice) Bunge, Cynthia Stolley, Craig Bunge; several great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Christine McAtee; granddaughter, Nichole Murphy; brother-in-law, Marvin Stolley and sister-in-law, Gail Bunge.
