Bill was born on April 24, 1959, to George and Mary (Hepburn) Arndt in Chicago, IL. On June 5, 2003, he was united in marriage to Lorie Aringdale in Davenport, IA. He had been employed as a truckdriver, as a welder for the Iron Worker Local Union out of Chicago and Texas, and most recently as a maintenance worker at Darling International.
Bill enjoyed hunting deer and pheasants, drag racing in Cordova, and going fishing. He loved Chinese food and Chicago-Style Italian Sausage. More than anything he loved his children and grandchildren, and he will be deeply missed.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Lorie Arndt of Davenport, IA; children, Will (Tera) Krankvich of MI, Lisa (Jeff) Duewel of IL, Josh Arndt of IA, Alexandria Arndt of IA, Jeremy (Chelsea) Nobleglass of IL, Russel (Cassy) Glass of IA, and Lacie Kronfeld of IA; numerous grandchildren; and brother, Bob (Marsha) Arndt of Donahue, IA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, John Arndt, George Arndt, and Elizabeth Dwyer.
