After 40 years together, Judi passed away May 9 in Spokane, WA. Survived by husband Dennie L. Byram at the home, daughter Tamitha Garrido and two grand, four great grandchildren; step daughter Laree J. Welch and her family. Judi, the only child of Earl J. Winters and Tisha M. Rayon Winters, was born in McAllen, TX; however, lived in many places, such as Hood River, OR, Pasco, WA then Spokane graduating from North Central High School, with long-time friend Carrie Nechanicky. She was a member of the Oklahoma Cherokee Nations, Mondovi Grange #822, formerly Eagles Aeries #3433, “HASSIE” old car club. Favorite activities were bowling, traveling and “going out to eat”. Memorial gifts can be made in her honor to a charity of the donor’s choice. As per her request no services will be held.
