Not a day has gone by since her passing that I have not thought about Alicia.  Oh, the memories that have coming flooding back.  Summers in Washington Court House on Harrison Street, visiting our cousins and Uncle Joel Frank and Aunt Ruby at their home.  Playing with their dog, Ginger!  After our family moved to Portland, OR, we traveled back to Ohio every other summer.  During one of those summers, Alicia was visiting Portland.  She stayed with us and it wsa like having an older sister around for a couple of weeks.  We listened to records, talked about boys, tried on each others clothes and modeled wigs! Alicia made the drive back to Ohio with us that year and what fun THAT was.  I was finally in the company of another girl my age and was not surrounded by all boys!!  Don't know if I ever let her know just how special of a time that was for me; it was.  Years after that, there were late-night phone conversation (long distance, of course).

Yes, Alicia is going to be missed but her memory will be kept alive by all who love her.

Le Anna, continue to hold on; things will get a little easier -- I promise.

To Joelette, Frank and Von -- I'm thinking of all of you as well.  This is so very difficult, but God's got your back!  Stay strong.  I love each and every one of you.

I miss aunt Alisha so much Leanna you can call me if you just wanna talk or if you just wanna cry,my heart goes out to you!  Aunt Alisha was there for support to see euolindas children born my son born, aunt Alisha was funny very easy to talk too,and she was strong I still remember when she threw me in those sticker bushes on coldfax in Oregon cause I kept messing with her. Or when she took me Leanna and Tara to the back of the booking area at the police station in Middletown boy was I scared. She was one of my favorite aunts.
