Arnetta May Oglesbee Leisure

Leisure, Arnetta May Oglesbee,was born on March 20th 1929 in Pickaway County, Ohio the 3rd daughter born to Nellie May Pollock and Frank Oglesbee. After a long, courageous struggle with her health she received her Heavenly reward on August 22nd 2014. She married her loving husband, Robert Leisure on October 11, 1947 who preceded her in death on October 1, 1978. She was also preceded in death by her parents, sister Evelyn, brother Frank and two sons Jerry Leisure and Ronnie Leisure. She is survived by two sisters, Mary Williamson and Frances Secrets (Bobby), 4 daughters, Jean Dye (Don), Janice Cooper (Ralph), Judy Lovett (Billy) and Jackie Davies (Barry). Two sons, Donald Leisure (Patty) and Tommy Leisure (Julie). Mom is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 17grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mom retired from Greenwood Manor nursing home after spending the majority of her life as a stay-at-home mother raising her 7 children and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour and was baptized into Christ on April 8, 2002. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., Thursday August 28th at The First Church of Christ, 441 Ledbetter Rd. Xenia, Ohio where the Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Friday with Pastor Damon Medeiros officiating.
