

Alongside her parents Betty is preceded in death by her loving husband; Benny C. Hamilton Sr., Son; Jerome Hamilton, Grandsons; Benny Hamilton Jr., Joshua Hamilton, and Sisters; Margaret Long and Mary Ann Bush.
Betty is survived by her Children; John (Patty) Hamilton, Nual Hamilton, Norma (Greg) Hoskins, Grandchildren; Becky (Brad) Wenning, Jordan Campbell, Jasmine Hoskins, Caleb Hoskins, Jacob Hollingsworth, Great-Grandchildren; Mikaelah Hamilton, Cheyenne Campbell, James Haworth, Noah Haworth, Easton Haworth, Josiah Hoskins, Brothers; James D. (Karen) Barker, Rex A. (Annette) Barker, Sisters; Helen Faye (Clayton) Campbell, Ellen Ruth (Lawrence) Theobold, Myrtle (Jerry) Edens, Naomi (Bill) McCarty, Life long Friend; Carmen Salas, Special Friends; Debbie Allen, Mary Thomas, Monica, Jim, and Owen Reynolds, Jesse Boekel, Brother and Sister Madison, Silas Hoskins, Eli and Ella Rice, Vonda Gardner, Craig Hypes, all the friends and staff at Forest Park Health Campus, and Numerous friends, nieces and nephews.
Betty graduated from Keokee High School in Keokee, Virginia. She married Benny Clay Hamilton, and together they built a family that remained at the center of her days. She was the devoted mother of four children and a proud grandmother who truly lived for her children and grandchildren.
She loved gardening and being outside, finding peace in the open air. Betty was known for her fondness for coffee with hazelnut creamer and making the best chicken and dumplings; a gift she shared with many. She loved her church; faith was an important part of her life.
A visitation will be held at Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel on Monday, June 1, 2026, from 10:00 – 12:00 PM. A Funeral Service will follow. Pastor Daniel Kroger officiating. The burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, Ohio.
