Chick is survived by her brother Jerry Chasteen.
She is preceded in death by her partner of 65 wonderful years, Carol Bender; her parents William David and Maggie Ellen Chasteen; her sisters Rosella and Opal Lee; and Her brothers Roy, Glenn, and Lester.
Chick was a beloved aunt to all her nieces and nephews. She was a kind and generous friend too many, and lived a life she loved, with the people she loved most. Chick was never afraid to share her opinion or give guidance when needed. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her most.
There will be a visitation held for Chick held on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Tobias Funeral Home in Beavercreek, followed by a funeral service at 12:00pm.
