Hendrix, Charlotte Elizabeth (Carrico), age 80, of Beavercreek, OH passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at The Otterbein Home in Lebanon. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, James A. Hendrix, her loving daughter, Suzanne Galbraith, her parents, Stuard and Lessie (Harrington) Carrico, a sister, Ora Lee Taylor and 4 brothers, Herman, Glenn, Ivan and Kemp Carrico. Charlotte is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Julie Hendrix, of Clarksville, OH; son-in-law, Gary Galbraith, of Bellbrook, OH and 4 grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Charlotte was retired from U.S. Bank and was a member of the Beavercreek Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. Pastor John Heading officiating. Interment will follow in Bellbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the services on Wednesday.
