

Clayton ( Monk) Marazzi, age 86 died on January 1, 2016 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of over 61 years, Flomarie. He also leaves behind his children, John, Pam, Patty and Judy as well as his grandson Louie (Rhoda) and great grandson Lennox. He is also survived by Diane and Steve Caron, Dan and Terri Marazzi and numerous nieces and nephews. Clayton was preceded in death by his brother, Bob. The brothers remained close all their lives. Clayton was a skilled toolmaker at NCR for over 32 years and finished his career at Delco. He was drafted into the Army and served during the Korean Conflict. He was an avid sports fan who loved any sport that involved a ball. He played sports all year round as a young man but baseball remained his favorite. Clayton’s passion was his family and friends. The greatest gift that Clayton gave to his family was Loyalty. His children will always be grateful for that lesson. Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday January 5, 2016 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave. with Pastor Dar Hensley officiating. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 5 – 7 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Clayton.
