Walton, Donald Lee, 70, of Washington Twp., OH passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on Monday July 28, 2014. Don graduated from Belmont High School and later attended Michigan State University. His passion in life was every aspect of real estate, land development, commercial and residential sales, and mortgage broker. He was the owner of Wal-Com Realty. He spent his leisure time with his many friends, golfing and enjoying sports. Don was preceded by his parents, Edward and Glenna Walton. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Kathy Tindall Walton; two daughters, Amy and Wendy Walton; and step sons, Barry (Tracey) Young Jr. and Greg Young; four grandchildren, Kristen, Kayla, Alyssa and Amanda Young; and a great granddaughter, Avery Baker. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30th, at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave. and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 31st at the funeral home with the service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in David’s Cemetery.
