Earl Lewis Lakes, age 94, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Earl was born June 19, 1927 in Berea, Kentucky.
A visitation for Earl will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodland Cemetery Mausoleum, 118 Woodland Ave., Dayton, OH, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
