Hargis, Eleanor, age 95 of Beavercreek, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Victoria Tomski; husband, James Hargis; daughter, Elizabeth “Betty” Hargis, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her nieces, Lynnette (Kerry) Bramley, Susan Ross, Vicki (Jim) Monk, Shirley Palmer; nephews, Charles (Betty) Dickens, Charles (Linda) Eilers; special friends, Debbie Dean, Betty Vagedes, Marion Thoma and Kim Vanwinkle. Eleanor had been a cafeteria cook at Holy Family. A Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
