I always will remember the good times we had as a family at their house for many Thanksgivings and other occasions. She would supply the meat and of course her delicious pies. She made about three to four different pies. The rest of the family contributed their special dishes. She was great in teaching us new games to play after the meal that she learned from their camping group. Of course, most of the men went back and forth between football games and playing card games. Aunt Betty and Uncle Bob were wonderful hosts and invited many of our other relatives who didn’t have plans for those holidays/ occasions.
