Eunetta M. Becchetti

BECCHETTI, Eunetta (nee Mackie) age 92 of Dayton passed away Friday, December 02, 2011. She was born May 3, 1919 in Cookeville, TN to the late William “Doc” & Stella Mackie. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Minnie Etta Potter, Rosetta Hood, Winnie Edna McCormick and Loretta Watts. Eunetta was the matriarch of her family and was much loved by her son, Joseph Becchetti of Kettering and daughter, Barbara (Larry) Moore of New Carlisle. She also survived by sisters, Irena Sandlin of Dayton, and Modena Greene of Huntsville, AL; grandson, Mark (Tina) Moore of New Carlisle; three great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She retired from NCR after 27 years service and the Hobart Co. She was a member of several Arts & Crafts Clubs the Greater Dayton area. Friends may call 5 – 7 pm Monday, December 5, 2011 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave with a Prayer service at 7 pm Monday.

A viewing will be held from 1 – 3 pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home, 59 N. Jefferson Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38501 with a service at 3 pm and interment to follow at Cookeville City Cemetery.
