He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnie and Lucy Buchanan. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sherry L. Buchanan; daughter, Sarah Buchanan Walsh and fiancee Lucas Walsh; grandchildren Sabrina and Stephen.
A visitation for Frank will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45429, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM.
