Frank Daniel Sager

SAGER, Frank D., age 80 passed away Friday, August 12, 2011 at the Kettering Medical Center. He was born and raised in Illinois; where he graduated from Southern Illinois University. Frank was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, retired from NCR, and was a Registered Professional Engineer. He enjoyed volunteer service with the Wright “B” Flyer Inc., and was also an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. He is preceded in death by his daughter Beth Ellen Sager and parents Jacob and Mabel Sager. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Kay Sager, their son Mark(Debbie)Sager, their daughter Laura(Brian)Taulbee, granddaughter Julia Sager, and his sister Hazel(Kenneth)Harness. Family to receive friends Friday, August 19, 2011 from 10:00am to 11:30am at the Christ the King Lutheran Church 50 Nutt Rd; where memorial service will be held 11:30am with Pastor Dona Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church or the Wright “B” Flyers Inc., Dayton Wright Brothers Airport 10550 Springboro Pike Miamisburg, OH 45342, in Frank’s memory.
