WEIR,Frederick “Fred” William, Jr., 85, of Kettering, Ohio passed away while surrounded by his family on July 5, 2016. Fred is survived by his wife Celia of 61 years, son David (Kay) Weir, daughter Susan Hampton, daughter Holly (Rick) Gardner and son Tom (Cindy) Weir, and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Steve and John, as well as his grandson, Adam. Fred was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all. A proud United States Air Force veteran, Fred served his community through many years of membership with the Centerville Rotary Club. Fred’s family wishes to extend a special “thank you” to Hospice of Dayton for their loving care and support. The family will receive friends, from 1 to 3 pm, Wednesday, July 13, 2016, followed by a memorial service, at Christ United Methodist Church, 3440 Shroyer Rd. Kettering, OH 45429.
