MILLS, Helen Cleta, age 84 of Dayton passed away at her home on August 13, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 siblings. She is survived by her son and daughter in law David and Sharon Mills, daughter Paula Mills and partner Debbie Rizzo, and sister Janice VanFossan Maggos. Helen lived a very full life, and in retirement traveled the world extensively visiting substantially every continent multiple times.
