Hilda M. Ludwick

LUDWICK, Hilda M., 84 of Dayton, passed away Monday, June 4, 2012. She was born April 9, 1928 in Dodsonville, Ohio to the late Harold and Marie Hawk. She had a brother, Gary Lee, born in 1941 and died in 1943. She has a sister Sharon Simmons, born in 1945. Hilda attended Martinsville School and graduated from Lynchburg High School in 1946. In 1948, she married Rosie Ludwick. They had 4 children: Becky Shivadecker, Cindy (John) Blair, Alan (Rhonda), and Dale. Her brother, father, mother and husband preceded her in death. She leaves her best friend, Ernie Gibson; her 4 children; a sister, Sharon (Jim) Simmons; 4 grandchildren, Nichole, Jason, Neil and Amy; and 8 great-grandchildren, Zoe, Austin, Jared, Kobie, Gabrielle, Ryah, Owen and Treyson. She had a full life. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, June 9, 2012 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall. Interment Lynchburg Masonic Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 11:00 AM Saturday, June 9, 2012 until the time of service at the funeral home.
