
Gilliam, Jack A. died Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 of complications incurred when he was accidentally run over by his own vehicle. Jack was a great friend and a loving, husband to his wife Jessie, his son Jamey and his grandson J.J. who were so very much a part of his life. Jack was preceded in death by his parents Jim E. and Pollie Dixon Gilliam, his three brothers Hubert, Harold, and Jerry Gilliam. He is survived by his son Jamey and grandson J.J.; a brother, Otto Gilliam of Lynch,KY. and a sister, Sybil Eudene Hudson Pensacola, FL.; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jack was a veteran of WWII, having served in the US Army in Germany and Holland at the end of the war. He retired from the Chrysler Corporation in Dayton, Ohio and enjoyed many hours of golf in retirement. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Graveside Services will be held at 12:30 pm Thursday Jan. 10, 2013 at David’s Cemetery 4600 Mad River Kettering, Ohio 45429.
