Woolley, Jacquelyn L. of Beavercreek passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. Born in Dayton, she was a member of The Dayton Baptist Temple and worked there as a secretary until 1967. She was a Key Punch Operator at DESC and was a member of the DESC 25 Year Club until she retired in 1996. After retirement, she worked for USA Relay as a TTY Operator for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dexter and Mary Catherine Boston, and granddaughter, Jacquelyn Hoover. She is deeply loved and missed by husband, Ronald Woolley; sister, Jenifer (Ron) Stonum; daughters, Rhonda Hoover, Laura (Cory) Orahoske, and Lisa (Glenn) Howard; grandchildren, Joseph Hoover, Mary Hoover, Alex Low, Erik (Jane) Mockabee, Taylor Mockabee, Olivia Orahoske, Gary Howard, Josie Howard, and Veronica Howard; great-grandchildren, Samuel Mockabee and Finley Howard; uncle, Garland (Glenna) Boston; cousin, Seamus Nicholson; and many nieces and nephews. There will be no funeral service or viewing. A private (immediate-family only) service will accompany internment at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Gary Favor of Faith Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at a later date for friends and extended family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children-Burn Center, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45229-3095.
