Janet (Kline) Foster, age 68, of Dayton lost her battle to cancer on Wednesday, April 18, 2024 at home peacefully surrounded by her daughters. Janet was born on April 11, 1956 in Dayton to the late Lula Mae Roberts and Jesse L. Kline.
Janet was a strong, independent woman who was the owner of Stan the Donut Man located in Dayton for over 24 years.
Aside from her loving parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Lawrence G. Foster, her granddaughter, Maria Cheyenne Morris and her sister Linda Spangler.
She is survived by her three loving daughters, Shannon (Walter) Morris, Jodi (Jason) Fryman, and Lindsey Roberts ( Thomas Cooley); eight grandchildren, Jerod Spencer, Jason ( Cortney) Fryman, Jesse Pugh, Luke ( Abigail) Fryman, Tess (Christian) Coy, Gracie Sturgill, Chloe Fryman, Chase Ward; 7 great grandchildren, Zayne Fryman, Hunter Hanselman, Hadleigh Peavler, Adalynn Ebright, Beau Fryman, Kobe Coy, and Evie Coy; her best friend, Loretta Rasor. She also survived by numerous extended family and close friends.
Funeral service will take place on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home- Belmont Chapel (648 Waterviet Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420) with a visitation to begin at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle.
