BIGGS, Jean A. “Mean Jean” (McLaughlin), age 78 of Dayton passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Heartland of Kettering. Preceded in death by husband Charles E. McLaughlin; parents LaVernon and Victoria Russell; sons Richie, Chuck, and Stevie McLaughlin; several siblings; grandchildren Chuckie and Molly; great grandchild Mikey; and son in law, Carl Mattern. Survived by daughters Terry Shutts (Dennis) and Lisa Mattern; sons Davie McLaughlin and Larry Smith, Sr. (Sharon); grandchildren Liz, Laura, Cheryl, Larry Jr., Chrissy (Danny), Jamie, and Katie (Chris) and numerous great grandchildren. Jean was a member of the VFW #3283. Funeral Service 6pm Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. with Pastor Scott Sliver officiating. Friends may visit from 5pm until the time of service Thursday.
