Judith Ann Jones

Jones, Judith A. (nee Weiser), age 71 of Beavercreek, born April 11, 1944 in Akron, OH. Went home to be with the lord and is finally wearing the angel wings she talked about so often. She passed away peacefully at home on August 22, 2015. She is survived in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Samuel Jones, Jr. who was so dedicated in caring for her at home over the past several months. She is preceded in death by her parents Alma and Charles Weiser and brother Bruce (Janet) Weiser. She is survived by children Tammy (Phil) Harris, Samuel Jones III, Angie (Chuck) Helton, Christy (Stewart) Phillips and niece, Cheryl Weiser. Grandchildren: Casey, Colleen, Samantha, Jesse, Billie, Jade, Sarah and Blake. She has numerous great-grandchildren who loved her dearly. The family wishes to thank her special friends who have always been there for her; Pam K., Petie, Linda, Connie, Sharon, Pam H., Lee, Ella, Judy S., Jeannie, Rose, and special friend and neighbor, Bettie Raines. The family also wishes to extend a special thank you to long time family physician, Raj Patel of Xenia, as well as the nurses of Kettering Home Health Care, particularly Megan, Jodi and Steve who were so kind to Judy and her family. Friends may call at Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel 3970 Dayton Xenia Rd. Thursday August 27, 2015 from 5-8PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Friday August 28, 2015 at 11 AM, with Pastor Dale R. Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Dayton in Judy’s memory.
