Judy Kay Strahl, age 75, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Paul Strahl and her brother Paul “Barrie” Strahl. She is survived by her loving siblings Sally Strahl, Pam Levin (Michael), Kim Strahl (Maggie), nephew Adam Burtt and family members in North Carolina, California, and Spain.
Judy will be remembered for her loving and caring personality. Family always came first for her. She was devoted to our parents and helped them as a caregiver for the last years of their lives. She was also the first one to volunteer to help her siblings without being asked no matter the time it might take. She was very witty and had an ironic sense of humor which often caused us to laugh until our sides hurt. She brought joy to all of us. Judy was a lover of flowers and gardening, a big reader with a huge library of books and a huge sports fan. She especially loved supporting her local teams like the Reds, Bengals, and University of Dayton basketball.
Judy will be sorely missed by all who knew her, and had the privilege of loving and being loved by her. Her faith has taken her home and a reunion with our parents.
Service at Woodland Mausoleum Chapel, 118 Woodland Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45409, 11:00am, Saturday, March 16, 2024.
