COX, Karen R. (Stemmer) age 63 of Union, Ohio passed away Tuesday July 12, 2011 at Kingston of Miamisburg. She was preceded in death by father, John, two sisters, Mary and Betty and is survived by her husband, Michael of Union, OH; mother, Betty Stemmer; daughter Natalie and her husband Curt Josselyn of West Chester, OH; sister, Patty; three grandchildren, Jake, Julia, Anna; her best friend, Stephanie Kramer; and several other relatives. She loved traveling to the Hawaiian Islands as well as her many trips to Indian Lake. Karen devoted 30 years of work to the Miami Valley Country Club. A Gathering of friends will be held on Friday, July 15, 2011 from 2 to 5 pm at Miami Valley Country Club. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Hospice of Dayton and Kingston of Miamisburg for their loving care.
