Leeanna Jane Tate

TATE, Leeanna J., age 87 of Dayton passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011 at The Hospice of Dayton. Leeanna was born on August 6, 1924 in Goreville, Illinois to Dan and Ethel (Russell) Toler. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Richard L. Tate on December 18, 2001; her sons-in-law, Glen R. Kershner on November 5, 2011 and Bill Geist on November 30, 1992; and six siblings. She is survived by her children, Linda (Randy) Findley of Dallas, Sharon Kershner of Centerville, Larry Tate of New Carlisle, and Timothy Tate of Miamisburg; grandchildren, Jessica & Michael Tate, James Geist, Kristina (David) Russell, Christopher (Lori) Kershner, Kimberly (Chris) Gombola, and Jason (Mindy) Kershner; great grandchildren, Morgan & Tatum Kershner, Colin & Ava Gombola, and Beckett & Hatley Russell; sister, Mary Miller; and her brother Larry (Violet) Toler. Leeanna was the owner of Lee’s Antique Shop.
