Lula Estelene Adkins

ADKINS, Lula E. (nee Williamson), age 83 of Beavercreek, passed away on December 17, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton after a lengthy illness with congestive heart failure. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Charles E. Adkins, son Lawrence Adkins, mother Sunie Fannin Williamson Johnson, father George Williamson, sisters Willa Mae Farley, Allene Evans, Charlene McAllister, and brother Roy Lee Johnson. She is survived by her daughter Penelope “Penny” Seibert (Andrew) and grandchildren Anthony, Benjamin (Valerie), Courtney and Dana Seibert, son James Adkins (Nicole) and grandchildren Michael, Jamie (Lee Agne), Cheyenne and James Jr. Adkins and Danielle, Brandon and Shane Jones, great-grandchildren Sebastian Seibert and Lucy, Oliver and Lincoln Agne, sisters Naomi Faye Mollett (Robert), Vaughn Dean Marcia, and brothers Clarence E. Johnson (Marcia) and Don R. Johnson (Patricia). Lula worked as a home health aide for twenty five years. She was an active volunteer at Southview Hospital making knitted baby caps and blankets. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with interment to follow at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens.
