Lullaween Cravens Copeland

Lullaween Cravens Copeland, 85, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon at South Hampton Nursing Center in Huntsville, AL. Mrs. Copeland was preceded in death by her parents, Dee Cravens and Bessie Reneau Cravens; her loving husband of over 54 years, Roscoe Cleveland Copeland; her daughter, Dorothy Sue Copeland; her great-grandson, Reese Copeland; and her sisters, Sadie Dean Cravens Mathers, Zilphaleen Cravens and Ruby Cravens. Left to cherish her memory are her 2 sons, David L. Copeland (Laura) of Abilene, TX and Michael S. Copeland (Renee) of Huntsville, AL; 2 brothers, Rutherford (R.D.) Cravens (Sonja) of Waxhaw, NC and Daniel Webster Cravens (Patty) of Blanchester, OH; sister, Ethel Dunaway of Dayton, OH; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends. Mrs. Copeland, with a true entrepreneurial spirit, established and maintained the Continental Beauty Schools in Ohio. She was a long-time member of the Belmont Church of Christ in Dayton, OH. Lullaween and Roscoe were totally devoted to both of their families and to their children. They made many sacrifices through the years for those they loved. Lullaween will be greatly missed by her loved ones! There will be a family memorial conducted by her brother, R. D.
